Must provide picture of damage to product. Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and communication with Dead Dice Creations is required to try to resolve issues. In the case of a refund, refunds will be processed as soon as possible, usually withing one business day. Replacements of damaged items will be provided and shipped at no cost when approved.
